Managing the GAP

My experience of how I manage my own life and how I see other people managing their lives shows me that we are very good at judging ourselves but not as good at really seeing ourselves. We can pinpoint why we are not 10 out of 10 when looking at our achievements, our behaviours, the way we complete tasks and how we have grasped certain skills in our lives. However, instead of focusing on how we got to the score we gave ourselves and by doing that realising that we have many strengths and natural talents we focus on the GAP – why we are not the perfect 10.

Self-analysis is an essential and positive way to develop, grow and maintain happiness in our lives if it is used in the correct way. The article to follow will offer 5 steps to improving an identified area of your life.

Take time to think about what you want, study where you are at and how you got there and then act on how to improve your identified behaviour.

Step two:

Rate yourself on your identified behavioural word:
