10 strategic questions for 2012

Hello,

November, for me, is always the time of the year when I go into planning mode whether it be in my personal capacity or on a business level (regardless of when the financial year end is.) It is a good time to look at what you wanted to achieve in the year, take stock and plan for the year ahead.

When no planning occurs we run the risk of living life reactively or living someone else’s life script. Take time to look at the questions to follow. You can answer them in your personal capacity or use them in a Team or Company environment.

Start formulating the life you want to live, the Team you want to be part of and the Company where goals are communicated and met.
